VSM was founded to help companies save money on recruiting costs while providing opportunities to those re-entering the workforce, stay at home moms, career transitioners and those with Talent Acquisition experience in between jobs to build out our recruiting bench. Contingent Search- Typical searches are not paid until you select a candidate, so it costs you nothing to get a search started. Let us dive in and help you right away.
Retained Search- For many confidential and executive searches, this option is preferred to have an exclusive team focused on your particular hire. This white glove service ensures strict confidentiality and a premium priority for these roles.
Hourly Search- Some searches do not have the budget to pay a contingent fee. We offer hourly services for recruiters to do sourcing and candidate searching. This is a great option for employers with current TA teams that need to fill their funnel but can do the interviewing process themselves.
